43-101 compliant Technical Reports on the Kumtor mine, Boroo mine, Gatsuurt deposit and the REN property are available on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval ("SEDAR") at www.sedar.com. The reports describe the exploration history, geology and style of gold mineralization at the respective locations. Sample preparation, analytical techniques, laboratories used and quality assurance-quality control protocols used during the 2005 drilling programs at the respective properties are the same as, or similar to, those described in the associated Technical Reports, with the exception of Boroo mine, whose protocols are similar to those described in the Technical Report for the Gatsuurt deposit.

Qualified Person

The drilling results for the first half of 2005 were reviewed, verified and compiled by Centerra's geological and mining staff under the supervision of Robert S. Chapman, P. Geo., Centerra's Vice President, Exploration and Technical Director Mergers & Acquisitions, who is a Qualified Person for the purpose of National Instrument 43-101 and is the person responsible for the preparation of the technical information in the news release dated July 29, 2005 on Centerra's first half of 2005 exploration results and the related exploration results on Centerra's website.
